Warranty Overview
This page provides general warranty information for commercial boxing equipment supplied through our website.
As a Boxing Equipment supplier, we work with boxing gyms, MMA clubs, fitness centers, distributors, importers, and project buyers. Because our products are intended for commercial training use, warranty coverage varies by product category, component type, usage conditions, and confirmed order terms.
The warranty references below are provided as general guidance for standard commercial orders. Final warranty terms are subject to the confirmed quotation, proforma invoice, sales agreement, or other written order documents.
Warranty Scope Notice
Warranty coverage is generally assessed by product category and component type. Structural components are usually reviewed differently from soft materials, wear-sensitive parts, surface finishes, and printed branding elements.
Warranty support applies to confirmed manufacturing defects under normal intended use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or cosmetic aging caused by regular commercial use.

Warranty by Product Category
Boxing Rings
Warranty support for boxing rings is generally strongest on the main structural frame and fixed support sections. Ropes, covers, aprons, corner pads, and other soft or wear-related parts are usually covered on a more limited basis and only where a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.
MMA Cages
For MMA cages, warranty support primarily applies to the main steel frame and core structural sections. Padding, covers, and cosmetic finishes are treated separately and are generally subject to more limited coverage.
Punching Bags
Punching bags are high-impact training products. Warranty review usually focuses on confirmed manufacturing defects in the shell, stitching, and connection points rather than wear resulting from repeated striking and daily gym use.
Punching Bag Hangers & Stands
Warranty support for hangers and stands mainly applies to the steel structure, welded joints, and fixed support components. Hooks, moving parts, and coating or finish elements are generally subject to more limited coverage.
Boxing Gloves
Boxing gloves are wear-sensitive products used in repeated contact environments. Coverage is generally more limited than for structural equipment and usually applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects affecting materials, stitching, closures, or construction.
Protective Gear
Protective gear coverage depends on the product type and the component involved. Protective structure, outer material, stitching, and fastening parts may be reviewed in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, while wear-sensitive contact areas and cosmetic elements are generally excluded from normal warranty coverage.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty support does not generally apply to:
- normal wear and tear
- misuse or abuse
- improper installation
- improper storage or maintenance
- overload or excessive force
- accidental damage
- unauthorized modification or repair
- buyer-approved custom design choices
- cosmetic wear that does not affect product function
- transport damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Custom, OEM, and ODM Orders
For custom-made, OEM, ODM, and private-label products, warranty support is based on the final approved specifications and confirmed order details.
Warranty does not cover changes in buyer preference after production, dissatisfaction with approved custom features, or issues resulting from buyer-approved branding, packaging, or specification decisions. If a confirmed manufacturing defect exists, the case will be reviewed based on the agreed order terms.
